I AM

A cornerstone of TNOF, this program helps participants rewrite their internal narrative by embracing identity, self-love, and emotional healing through the power of affirmations, journaling, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Rooted in our "I Am" philosophy, this course is delivered in schools, community centers, prisons, and recovery homes, guiding participants to rediscover their value and purpose, because the more that an individual loves and values themselves, the more they will respect themselves and the choices they are making in their life.

Four Pillars Workshop

In conjunction with the “I Am” philosophy are the Four Pillars of Forgiveness, Gratitude, Love, and Faith. This interactive series empowers individuals to heal from their past mistakes, let go of bitterness through forgiveness, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with their spiritual foundation. Sessions are offered in-person and online for accessibility and can be tailored to meet the needs of various partner organizations, including mental health awareness programs, recovery centers, schools, and churches.

Motivational Leadership Speaking Engagements

Orion Jones, founder and CEO of TNOF, delivers keynote addresses and interactive talks that inspire transformation through powerful storytelling, life lessons, and practical strategies. Speaking engagements are designed for businesses, nonprofit events, school assemblies, church groups, and civic organizations. These presentations reinforce the foundation’s mission to help individuals become the best version of themselves and create stronger organizations and communities.

Hour of Power

This program offers businesses a voluntary, faith-based wellness session during the workday that focuses on gratitude, mindset, and purpose. It promotes a positive work culture, improves employee morale, and reduces burnout. The Hour of Power is aligned with HR and mental health awareness initiatives and is particularly effective in male-dominated industries where emotional support is often lacking. According to the CDC, nearly 80% of completed suicides in the U.S. are by men, yet only a small percentage seek professional help. Hour of Power provides a safe, non-judgmental space to introduce emotional wellness and faith-based resilience into environments that desperately need it.
