Fundraising Plan
True North Outreach Foundation (TNOF) will pursue a diverse fundraising strategy to build a strong financial foundation that supports our mission-driven programming and outreach. Our plan is rooted in relationship-building, storytelling, and aligning with donors and organizations that share our passion for mental health, personal development, and faith-based healing.

Corporate Sponsorships and Workplace Giving
We will partner with local businesses, including healthcare systems, construction firms, and manufacturers, for sponsorship of our Hour of Power workplace wellness sessions and leadership development workshops. Branded sponsorship opportunities will also be offered at speaking engagements and community events.

Grants
TNOF will actively apply for federal, state, and private foundation grants that support mental health outreach, suicide prevention, reentry services, and faith-based community initiatives. Founder Orion Jones brings doctoral-level research skills to ensure strong, data-supported proposals with measurable outcomes.

Individual Giving Campaigns
TNOF will launch seasonal fundraising campaigns, including Giving Tuesday, End-of-Year appeals, and monthly donor programs. Personal stories, client testimonials, and impact metrics will be shared to connect emotionally with donors and demonstrate real-world change.

Faith-Based Community Support
Local churches and spiritual organizations will be invited to support our mission through tithes, outreach collaborations, and special offerings. We will also provide faith-aligned workshops in return, strengthening mutual value.

Event-Based Fundraising
TNOF will host fundraising events such as motivational breakfasts, wellness retreats, men’s mental health summits, and golf outings. These events not only generate funding but also expand our network of supporters and volunteers.
