True North Outreach Foundation (TNOF) is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Findlay, Ohio. Founded in 2025, TNOF was established to address the growing need for mental, emotional, and spiritual support in underserved populations across Northwest Ohio and beyond. The foundation exists to provide personal development programming, motivational leadership, and mental health outreach that uplifts individuals, strengthens communities, and promotes lasting transformation.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to help people become the best version of themselves, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, through programs grounded in our "I Am" philosophy, Four Pillars of Forgiveness, Gratitude, Love, and Faith, and the Trinity of the Mind, Body, and Spirit. We believe true change begins with self-worth, and our programming is designed to build confidence, purpose, and emotional resilience in men and women of all backgrounds.
